How did you make yours public? Mine is still hidden, but I don't see any options in steam to make it public.

you have to upload a thumbnail with the mod otherwise it wont actually upload. after it actually uploads you can then set the visiblity of the mod to public

Just to clarify for others that are stuck too - you need to go into c:drive\users\username\appdata and find the chroma squad custom episode folder in there, then get your thumbnail image and name it screenshot_345345 where the number is your episode ID number. Then load up chroma squad and update the episode to update on workshop.
