A few mods have been updated or replaced, I find there is also a lot of mods copied from other Mods possibly this is one reason and the modders have removed them doing the right thing..
I recall seeing it in the mods list as well but it's not there now.
Some have simply had to update their mods as the Devs update the UI they nolonger work.

If you had added it to your favourites clicking on it in Favs would show if it has been removed.
Like the super Baker Mod I had that but it's been removed. That was great mod.
The only way to I could remove it from my mods library was to uninstall Steam and Reinstall since we cant unsubscribe from them.
These are the same just different name as the mod you are referring to.

The last update broke it and I haven't been able to figure out a fix for it. It's causing random VERY HARD crashes (it's not leaving a trace in the log.log file, even to say it crashed, which makes it much harder to figure out a solution for.). That said I have it as a friends only mod. If you send a friend request I'm happy to accept and you are welcome to use any of the mods that you can access, just be aware that I'm not guaranteeing any kind of stability.

I'm using it now and with other mods and it seems fine to me. I only have a popultion of 61 though.
