Can i commission a Modder/Asset creator?

Hi all,
I am not sure if it is a thing, or possible, however i was wondering if there are any modders/asset creators out there willing to be commissioned?
If commissioning asset creators is thing, i would very much prefer an asset creator that has some form of portfolio on steam of recent creations.

What i am mainly after is a Vehicle. A city build i am doing at the moment requires allot of bicycles. In particular a bike called a Rickshaw. (Quick google to see what it is). I really would love my streets to be filled with them, so a basic Rickshaw for Taxi, pedestrian, industrial and commercial.

If any asset creators can do the job, please dont hesitate to add me on steam and talk with me, and discuss time and price and the usual stuff.

If she wants a rickshaw asset to fill up her town, I'm sure she is a patient person more interested in the journey than the destination, so you should hear from her soon.

Rickshaws would be a kind of cool asset to have. They could even operate like taxi's in tourist zones.
