Creating a mod
I plan to add female names to Rome since the roman women of course had names.

The problem is that I created the mod with the launcher but it doesn't work. Changes I make in the cultures file take no effect.

Also unable to make my mod working. Even after I copied-paste the mod ugc.file from the "user" folder.

It's quite long to describe. Exactly the same things for other my HOI4 mods.
