COSMETIC MODS DISABLE ACHIEVEMENTS?
I wanna use the "Scorpion's Skin mod" this will disable the steam achievements?

Probably. You could put it into the actual res.pak though, then it might not disable the achievements.

In general, all mods will disable achievements. So, expect that it will lock you out of them.
