any mod how to prevent that problem ALL 4x games have ...

to much from the same ...
In the civ games you could increase that distance, that at least there is enough space for each city ... even after that the AI is doomed :-)

So is in this game also such variable and maybe someone knows where it is thanks ...

I really hate that gamedesign ... we will give the players 50 cities to handle , even there is no difference in gameplay decision only that you have more from the same ...
