I am creating a bank heist. The scene has 2 suspects that are barricaded inside the bank vault with 2 hostages. Suspects elements are of "suspect" type. Vault door element is of "tech" type and hostages elements are of "witness" type.

Hostage 1 is blocked by suspect 1, hostage 2 is blocked by suspect 2, both suspect 1 and 2 are blocked by vault door element.

However once on the call the police officers are able to resolve the suspect elements before the firefighters have resolved the vault door.
