i have downloaded all awailable mods but can`t find any at the game?

you have to install them

1. Go to Steam > steamapps > workshop > content > 497180 >
2. Copy all the content you find there (don't unpack anything).
3. Drag that content to steamapps > common > Street Legal Racing Redline > racers
