Mouse spinning

i am having some issues with the game, i just bought it, bu when i go ingame the mouse just starts spinning https://gyazo.com/a7500f8d21e82b9585af3fb4392f8565
any tips will be very much appreciated

From our FAQ and Troubleshooting Guides;

How to disable joysticks/gamepads?

If you have issues that the game is detecting a gamepad while you don't want to use it you can disabling it by doing the following:

Go to C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\My Games\Chivalry Medieval Warfare\UDKGame\Config\UDKEngine.ini

Find "AllowJoystickInput=1" under "[WinDrv.WindowsClient]" and set it to 0.
