Recently I started to attempt making new game modes which resemble the likes of Halo and CoD's various game modes, such as Swat, Hardcore TDM, Infected, stuff like that, and they seem to upload just fine.

However, when it comes to everything else, like announcer packs, bot names, etc. (not looking into making curated items, just things that everyone and anyone can just pick up and go), when I go to fill everything out according to the official guide, I seem to always get this "Updating..." status prompt, to which it doesn't do anything else, instead upload a blank 0MB file shown below:

At first I thought it was just a size thing, since my announcer pack is about 34MB, but no, even with a test bot names text file, that's shown in this example that's only a few kilobytes, gives the same issue.

I've followed every requirement and instruction for all the Workshop items, making sure they are not in child folders (i.e. C:\Users\User\Documents\Test\Pack, the bold being the content folder) but I just can't seem to upload anything other than modes.

Can someone explain this to me like I'm 3?
