The newest version of Tiled seems to save the map files incorrectly, even just opening and saving the blank tutorial map (which works perfectly fine otherwise) corrupts it, the file size drops significantly (I can't really tell what exactly is being removed, it's a mess) and the game can't launch modified maps at all.
