I have prepared a map for Quake Live available here:

After entering /map d2l07 ffa in the console the game crashes (exiting to Windows) without any warning or error message.
How can I troubleshoot it if I don't know what is wrong?
Did any of you have similar problem?

The map works fine in wolfcamql.
