Don't simulate till game starts
Hey,

I wanted to make a map where the user freefalls in the first seconds when the game starts. In Multiplayer mode this is not working, as the game already simulates gravity even if the game has not started. Depending on the players PC performance, all players dropped to ground before the game starts.See these two examples:

Also I noticed, that Stick input is already taken, even if the game has not been started (see Bad example, where I can get the quad into spin while the countdown is running. You can also apply stick-input when on a platform, and sometimes damage your props.

Therefore it would be great to 1. only simulate gravity if the game has started / countdown is running (all players are ready) and 2. to block stick input till countdown has finished (this may be a bug right now).
