Because they are for old version of the game, who made the mod need to update this for new version.

I don't know, I am new player too, bought this week, I looked a lot of mods, but I not tested blueprints.

It can be same reason, like why you can not use mods. If your blueprint have moded block in it game will logicaly not work. ( in beter case it will only warn you that it can not load mod blocks and you will spawn pile of woode and stone, with misssing mod blocks )
