Can I bind movement-only on LMB?

I don't wanna have any active skill on my left click, is there any mod or thrick to make it possible?

Try going into Settings > Controls located in the upper right of the screen as a little gear button and see if the Left Mouse Button can be assigned this function.

I've Installed UI mod compilation, with an option in menu to bind "move" to LMB, but now I can't pick any loot with this, I'm just walking through it. Not exactly what I wanted, gonna look for something else.

From what I remember, it's not really possible because of the exact issue you're having: You can't pick up loot, and there's no way to rebind picking it up to any other key.
