no, if you are getting the mods off the workshop, keep them in the workshop folder. What you need to do is go into file explorer and put this url in the search bar; C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Street Legal Racing Redline. Then there should be a .exe named Workshop_Installer. Open that and you should be able to install all workshop mods from there.

Yeah i know how to install mod from workshop... but i wanted to upload som emods from external sites into the workshop
