Workshop won't open !

When I use CTF 2.5, there is a button called "Steam Workshop Tool" in the "Tools" tab, for some reason it won't open despite me clicking on it.

I am using Windows 7 SP1 Build 7601

Interesting. Can you go into the your Fusion root directory, then to tools and then to the folder for the workshop tool and make sure it has full admin rights to run?
