no i haven't, is this information necessary to be put in there? I'm not sure about some of the questions they're asking

Its all information that isnt really necessary for the Payday2 workshop but it applies to every workshop and has to be correct and needs to be done, id suggest looking up what some of the words mean to help.

all i want to do is upload my skin to appear in game, why is all this necessary? can i opt out of this?

It applies to every steam workshop that works like CSGOs item workshop, so no sadly.

As far as i know the information doesn't have to be accurate. Not sure why you're stuck.

never seen any of mine there and i go to the workshop several times a day out of boredom

Its because you have to fill out the payment info or else it wont show in the workshop (it can still be seen from peoples profiles)

Payday2 workshop was intended to properly pay item creators with the money from drills (Similar to CSGO) but because backlash they removed drills and now the system still is here but no one gets paid money. you do still get a DLC code with all the skins so its kinda ok but still terrible for supporting the workshop creators.

just annoying for people (like me) who don't want to give steam banking info just so something i do has a slim chance of being in the game
