Add Development kit like in DD1

I would personally love this to be added because it means extra content for the game! Maybe new skins for weapons or for boss or costumes but my favourite extra maps!

but unlike DD1 though the server is done differently so idk if it would exactly work for DD2 you know i mean it would be neat if they can do something like it in DD2

just it might take some work to find a good way to do things for DD2

but if they are able to do it then it would be great
