need a mod reccomendation

so i had wolf hud installed for awhile, and got spoiled by the push to hold feature, but didnt realize until recently that it was also disabling my ability to shout. can anyone reccomend a mod that has push to hold, but doesnt interfere with shouting? or a configuration in the mod options perhaps?
