Skin Not Uploading To Workshop

I just recently got caught up in the skin creation game, however my skin will not upload to the workshop. When it does upload it says it has no file size and cannot be published publicly. Any help would be greatly appriciated

Several people have had trouble uploading in the past. Some people fix it by uploading first with a picture that's 200kb (trying both jpg and png formats), and then go back and reupload with the proper preview picture. Others have had to create a new package and upload that. And some have unfortunately had to backup their skin, uninstall the SDK, and reinstall it. Sorry that this is being an issue!
