Try unsubbing from "Props & Lighting Session" in general and start up SFM. Click to Yes in Remove all Unsubscribed items and then close SFM. Now, Resub to the "Props & Lighting Session" and start up SFM to Download the new workshop item. After the little box that say's (All items from workshop downloaded) I'd say to restart SFM one more time and turn it back on to make sure it actually download the item.
