-Enemies on fire will receive 30% more burn damage and become 20% slower for 6 seconds.
-+10% weakness to explosions when deployed

here is ma idea for stats:
Pros:
can put out fires on you and team mates.
all enemys hit by this will be wet for 20 seconds.
all enemys hit by this will get prolonged afterburn. (dont know how that would work but it sounds awesome :D)
+10% faster movement speed when deployed.
cons:
+30% damage taken when deployed.
on wear: +60% melee damage taken.

never wear this if your afraide of 'the pan' :D
