i recommend trying to figure out whats going on before asking someone to do it for you

i was wondering if anyone could help me with my reskin mod, which is of a blue dog named Archie. i made him based on the original duck so he could hold guns and wear equipment properly. i have the sprites here but i'm not quite sure how to get the stuff working in-game. i've tried following that template, but it just doesn't work for me.. i'd be appreciated if anyone is willing to make the mod for me, and though i know how pretentious that sounds, i still need help.

Other player's skins dont load in the lobby, you have to start the match and then the skins get shown.

Mod doesn't appear for any of my friends during online play, even though they're subscribed

its fixed now, had to redo how the textures were loaded

It still crashes upon alt-tabbing and selecting the hat again.

@Killer: Well, whether it was intentional or not, it's ugly cuz it kind of doesn't fit Mario's face what with the white feathers around it lol

Analysis: Mario shifts around in some animations; when quacking, you get a beak and it looks weird.

the mod has been fixed to not crash and to load for those who had slow load times (bad pc or many mods)

For whatever reason when the game is alt-tabbed the hat goes back to being worn by the duck. If you try to put it on again the entire game crashes.

this isnt a hat pack, its a mod that adds a hat with a texture from the content folder and uses "trickery" to change the ducks sprite

skins doesnt appear, it only appear if im suscribed to this mod. Any thing i can do?
