I get a horrible noise everytime I start up the map and it restarts its almost like I'm next to a helicopter

yo does downloading the original navmesh work for this, if not I highly request a navmesh, does not matter if it is a separate add on. If that is tooo much work for ya Ill just nav gen.

Ive done a mistake while packing the map, I renamed the .BSP which breaks all cubemaps, you can fix this by entering "mat_specular 0" in the console, this will turn off cubemaps which are causing the missing texture to appear.
