Hey if you are still in the modding scene, would you consider adding a light to the hook itself? So you could shoot down into a hole and see whats happening?

works for 1.3.3 dont know about compatibility with other mods though

Also, author, if you're still around in supporting this mod you might want to put the spawn code in the description for others to see as soon as they come to the page as opposed to them having to look at the comments section on page 2 (current as of 3/10/18).

weightedhooklight is the spawn code for those who don't dig through comment pages.

Vanilla hooks fire in an absolute straight line whereas the weighted ones arc like basic rope.

what's so special about the weighted hook? I don't understand what makes it different from the vanilla hooks.

True, if the hook is both weighted and light, does that make it a regular hook? Food for thought.

I tried it out and...beautiful...but.. is it possible to make an alternative version with white rope? You can have one grap. gun with vanilla color in your right hand and another grap. gun with white color in the left hand. Why? Because it´s hard to distinguish between those 2 guns....I mean..which mouse button you should press..the left or the rigght one...

It's for if you want to hold something else in that other hand, like a gun, sword... or another grappling hook!

Thanks for hard work. But. Isn' t it pointless to have flashlight attachment for one handed grappling gun? You can hold flashlight in your second hand and light your way while running or climbing down. What is the advantage of your grappling gun pls? No offence, just asking.
