had never problems with that prop and i can´t imagine that the Texture Share is the problem .. this mod needs the textures with the same name ..so the house textures have to named sailboatxyz. first time to hear that .. but thank you for letting me know

Maybe interessting to know: I subscribed to this asset and some other buildings (Vanilla and Workshop Buildings) turn into a Black LOD. Not sure if it would work without "Texture Share" in the Loading Screen Mod, I didnt test that. Also checked your Speedboat 01 and the Catamaran. These two work fine. Anyway, thank you for your beautifull work :)
