@Zephyr This mod works on B19, you just need to change the version number if that annoys you.

Great mod, removes them from all terrain, not just stone. You won't miss them.

BTW, if you just want to just remove a single splotch you can use dev mode to set the terrain to a water tile and back (but they will pop up in other places).

So i was having issues with this as it didn't seem to be working. The debris was still there and I could neither assign a colonist to remove it nor do so myself. I reinstalled the mod and moved it to near the top of the load order. Then my medical robot - when activated - cleaned it. Im not sure if it was actually part of this mod or some issue on my part but if this helps anyone I thought i'd post.
