I would recommend navigating to the "Dungeon Tiles" collection folder, delete the collection folder and try re-installing the collection. This has worked for others who have had issues with collections in the past.
The collection can be found at:
<your_steam_folder>\steamapps\common\Dungeon Painter Studio\data\collections\Dungeon Tiles
There are 5 grounds and floors, 1 wall, the big bonus comes in the form of objects which can place a complete 6x6 object (which is rotatable by 90 degrees) allowing you to build the map up very quickly.
