it will show up as RICO if you have that mod installed, else it's just a normal growable.

@Kliekie- Is this the growable version, RICO ready version or is it both? I don't want a RICO version of this you see, yet it is showing up as a ploppable RICO in game.

Love these apartment buildings, I am using the nursing home mod to build a gated retirement community and the buildings look so good together. I am also using the funny little people carrier to ferry the old folks around, it's very cool thank you

Asset doesn't show up in Rico for me, although the two other buildings in the collection show up.

If you are not using any special mods these houses and other growable buildings (low/high residential, low/high commercial, industry and offices) will just take time to spawn in the game. they will pop up every now and then in the colored zones. This is a level 5 building, so your neighborhood needs to be level 5, when you get a spot open for a level 5 building and it's a smal 1tile wide grid this baby might spawn. :)

Quick question:
I've been wantign to place residential buildings ibn my game, but I have no idea where to find them on installed (subscribed). Could someone tell me how to do this? I seem to be able to only use "unique buildings" in game. Thanks.
