SFM is having me update this, alongside several other addons I have installed. yet, as far as i know, you haven't updated anything?

Try downloading this mod from the Steam Workshop Downloader or some other similar site. Extract the models and material folders to SourceFilmmaker\game\workshop and overwrite the files. See if that fixes the problem.

Sydney's mask straps had a purple/black checker. That means there's no texture. I reinstall the addon. Sydney becomes invisible.

Are you talking about how on the mask model, the eye cover and mask straps are misplaced? Because, unfortunately, that's how the mask model is set up right now; you have to manually rotate the straps and cover.

Also, when I update a model, I usually create a new animation set for that model and copy over any existing animations. That usually corrects a lot of problems for me.

Try unsubscribing, then start up SFM. After SFM removes the files (make sure the mdl files are gone), resubscribe. See if that works.

I had no mask strap texture at first and reinstalling it broke the model.

@095 Do you think you can explain what you mean by "reinstall the model to get the mask strap texture"? I looked at the mask model again and it looks fine.

Model looks fine to me in SFM. What problems are you having?
