Anyway, THIS is the expected solution including weird invisible laser :p So maybe you should remove the link but keep the screenshot so that people can find it if they are really desperate :p
Also I decided when I started mapping that I will use Hammer only when I will have no more ideas using only the items of the PeTI editor ;) So this includes improvements like BEE mod and carl's mod to change style of the maps in the PeTI ^^
That lasers are somewhat adjusted to hit receptacles is something I already knew about. If you interrupted the first part of the laser in Powerhouse once you were finished, it is possible, that the laser will not come all the way back, because there might be a part somewhere, where it got readjusted.
And, I'm curious to see your solution if you have a screenshot ^^
