Hey I used to be rude to commentors in the past and I dont condone my behavior, but with all due respect, although you are correct and there is no current playermodel in the current build of BMS, in 2017, when i posted this, in the misc vpk directory there used to be a "player.mdl" which, when opened, was the model I ported to GMOD. yes, it is just the world model for the HEV suit with a male scientist head on it. you are correct on all accounts, however, this was made by the developers of BMS and it was a scrapped thirdperson playermodel. I even ported it to BMS to be able to play the campaign in thirs person over the shoulder mode. you can review my game screenshots for black mesa. im too lazy to link it to you. I respect your committment to a safe steam workshop with no misinformation, however, your efforts are wasted on this page, as there is no misinformation being spread here. have a good day.

Bro, in the drama in the comments, the author is wrong. First, there isn't a freeman model in-game, I checked, second, if there was, why would people make their own versions from the ground up, third, the head is very clearly a scientist from the game, play it for five minutes, fourth, the HEV model in this model is just the worldmodel with some ragdoll physics with the head slapped on lazily, we care because A. we don't want misinformation on the workshop about these things, and B. because there are creators who do this stuff for free and actually care about what they produce, who probably are insulted when an arsehole like you create this shit and then have the audacity to say that Crowbar Collective created it and it is the ACTUAL one and therefore somewhat better than the others, get a life dickwad

The statement that the model wasnt taken from the actual game is simply false and you would have found that out if you did any research gcfscaping the vpk's, which your ape brain probably doesnt even know what that means.
