Very nice building! It's not such an eyesore on your city's skyline. In fact, it's actually a nice inclusion for the skyline. Very pleasing to look at. Didn't care much for the neon teal trim around the outer ring, but it's not a big deal. Good job!

solution around the eden project----
just go inf money for a sec then build a ultra long road or somthin then just build Everything for the eden then build eden THEN go back out of inf money (if you want) then unlock the turbine!!!!!

@Whipplesnoodle Love so far, but the only thing I hate is that you have to build the Eden Project with I don't want to build. Can you remove that or not? :(

@Mr. Zombie: Yes, it is animated. Exactly like the standard wind turbine. The whole thing (except the pillar) rotates to face the wind direction, and the blades rotate variably with wind speed.
