Hello Ascii, sorry but I am no longer taking request :(

It's pretty easy to turn on hair again, you just have to search the mask in FCS and tick/untick the box that hide hair.

I hope I helped you, if not please do not hesitate to contact the modder of the hat!

Any chance you could make a patch that does this with the Ceremonial hat from Arkhiel's masks? I'd make it myself but I have no idea how to do this in the FCS.
