@orochiadam actually he isnt a member of the combine. he is from a game romanticly apocoliptic (i think) never played the game myself but i saw his model on the workshop and thought he would make a cool npc. so i asked my friend zach make him for me.

recent player of Gmod (wearing fancy shmancy new jeans) sits down to play some of Gmod after downloading this mod. he spawns Zee Captain NPC and notices that it seems to be doing nothing. after a while, he gets up and leaves for five minutes. when he comes back, he finds the NPC moved extremly close to his character (to the point where the NPC's face is the only thing on the screen, and suddenly, the player hears something that he thought he would never hear.
