This is absolutely not up to date.

However, many of the philosophies here will be included in an upcoming mod by both me and the Star trek new horizons team.

Keep your eyes peeled. :)

Does the Shroud fix overwrite Crawler's shroud mod? If so, could you include multiplayer fixes to your version as well.

FYI everyone this will be updated soon. I will check which parts of the update mesh well with the experience I am trying to create here, and then merge things and update to v0.41

Also, you can expect some pretty interesting things coming down the pipe for v0.5. Going to focus on getting more performance in late game (though things are already running better than vanilla stellaris) as well as a new "reactive AI" system. Someday soon. :)
