I don't know maybe the new Postal 2 update? Like the mods coding might be compatible for an older version of Postal 2 and not the newest version. Like I said I don't know because I haven't done modding for Postal 2.

I don't really feel like downloading this mod, but to answer peoples questions. I think the mod when you kill yourself you go into this rampage mode before you die.
