@SvenBerlin Would be nice if this was a prop, because being a building it's "area" uses up the adjacent (to road) tiles thus prevents zoneable buildings from popping up.
I know some modders figured out a workaround for the glass in prop problem. You may want to take a look at that either way :)

a version of this as two separate props (glass & frame) would be great. As a building, it tends to deform the terrain quite a bit.

@BillioNDog prop versions of these assets aren't possible because of the glass texture from what I understand

Yeah, the only other option is two props (one glass, one frame) with some assembly required :/

Its not possible If i use the shader-script in prop section on the glass then will also the rest of the asset semi transparent. looks bad than.
