A little background on this one from what I know about the real life building
The building I believe is the Four Seasons hotel in Chicago - which is one of 3 five-star hotels in the city. Built in 1989.
When I was young I frequently read a book about building the specific building. I remember the shape of what are the penthouses on the corners of the building vividly from the said book.
It's a building that fascinated me a lot too.

I like it! It looks like one of the buildings in SimCity 3000 too, which caught my eye.

The model on this is fantastic, it looks just like the real thing, definitely a good job on the textures. My only criticism is that the symetricical lighting looks a little odd.

Good looking on this observation distance. But bad texture and bad lod. :(
