Actually Rakanishu, Seras (Or Ceras if you're using the manga spelling) gets both of her eyes back, (at least in the OVA) drinking Pip's blood activates her regenetive abilities like Alucard has, so she's able to regenerate both eyes just in red instead of blue

For all those doing criticism. The model is done in her red uniform with her original arm because A it was made for left 4 dead 2 not gmod therefore modeling her blood arm would be impossible to use in L4D and B. Her hair covers her eye because Ceras only has One eye left in the series. Pip only gave her one of his eyes when she took his blood because he only has one eye and lastly Xenoaisam aims for a "moe" approach when modeling whatever he means by that.

actually she kind of can at the last episode she changes her arm into more of a human form but it still looks like a blood arm but in more of a human form
