I don't think its possible to retrieve it dude since this was a project 5 years ago. Try downloading of my other works instead.

The key you provided for file access was invalid. This is usually caused because the file is no longer stored on MediaFire. This occurs when the file is removed by the originating user or MediaFire.

The file is located in \Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons\workshop

You need GCFScape to open it.. So you could read the file.

Make a copy of l4d2_background01.. 4 copies then rename them from l4d2_background02, l4d2_background03, l4d2_background04 and l4d2_background05 then paste them on the folder \Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\ left4dead2\media then play the game.

Just change the name of l4d2_background01 into l4d2_intro then paste it on the same folder. On the Media.. That solves your problem..
