1. Added a Alpha map
2. Added a color map
(check out new pictures)
1. Added a specular map for reflection on windows.
2. Changed around a few things in the illumination map so the building doesn't shine at night.
3. Added a road texture on top of the roof of the car park and also other textures have been improved.
4. The size! Finally the size of the building is spot on (let me know if you agree?)
I'm trying to capture that real look in After Dark, I'll be updating again real soon and adding different light shades to the windows of the tower
Nice to have already included xml config.
Also building looks kinda small in proportions.
And I advise using smoothing shader on bees in your 3d software.
