@NickDaLedg it's a possibility. What takes time when upscaling a building is adjusting all of the props. Would you like a propless or very minimal prop 1:1 version?

I looked it up, it is simple building with good quality materials it will be really cool :) I havent been to Berlin for years, before it was easy and close BWE (Berlin Warsaw Express) now Berlin is a bit far Vienna much closer :( Anyways something for something, properties are cheaper than in Warsaw, summers are hot, and wine is good LOL guess everything is better than dirty and haotic, and overpriced London (sorry if someone is feeling offended - personal opinion). Still missing weekend trips to Berlin :). BTW thx for Treptowers needed something like that for conference center next to riverport :)

They're putting some kinda new glass over the old Postbank Finanzcenter on Hallesches Ufer in Berlin. They're turning it into residential and calling it "Xberg tower." Curious to see if it's any good. I've never been to Budapest but I've always wanted to go. Thx for commenting here, I like that we've got a conversation going. This game has cool fans.

Gosh :-/ Hope not - I like international style it is elegant and never get's old mostly changing glass panels is enough to give building new life. Berlin deserves better skyline but there is a lot of space for it. In Warsaw we will have soon Varso tower with viewing platform at 230m (building with spire 310m) Baby of Norman Foster . Anyway now I am living in Budapest so no skyline at all. City in overal is stunning, monumental, romantic, even it is a bit run down but it lacks modern - metropolis a like business center. It is like everything best was build during Austro-Hungary. Modern buildings are either kitsch like national theathre, or residential buildings which are somehow like end of 90's to me, even they were build 2 years ago :( Berlin has good modern architecture :) Maybe Orban is scaring good architects LOL

Did you know that there were proposals to tear all of that down and put up 3 new high-rises? don't think it will happen tho 'cause Berliner's are pretty accustomed to the Park Inn. There's not much there to celebrate tho.. the viewing platform is overpriced and underwhelming, the Radisson hotel is boring. Some of the reasons I'm not jumping to spend time working on it :/

AmiPolizeiFunk but this podium/platform with shops on which tower is based makes this building cool :) reminds me a bit slightly smaller version of Marriott hotel tower in Warsaw. BTW I have looked at some recent pictures and - what is happening with shops there I mean why there is Primark CCC and other crap :-o that area deserves better shops :(

I'm thinking about it. Would be tricky cause you would probably need to do the wide and low building (with all the shops) to which it is attached. Would be a huge plot :/

Cool :) are u planning Park Inn Berlin hotel? That would be great addition, there is not that many buildings/assets with antenna/spire in the game :)
