Dude, take a chill pill. It's a videogame, it was your mistake for you to get it, not the author's. So, calm down, and use another chance.

I tried a few of the patches on the nexus, but I couldn't figure out how to get any to work.
None seemed to make any difference.

a) Go to your CK (Creation Kit, free for download in Tools section of the Library). Open this mod as active file.
b) In the object window select *All
c) In the search bar type: DLC1VampireTotalPerksEarned
d) Add the amount of new available perk points you want.
It sounds like another mod is overwriting mine. Are you mabe using BEtter Vampires, too? If so please check its Nexus page for a compatibility patch ;)

Thats how it was intended, it should only be available in VL form

Good question. The magic effect itself is set to target location, so one would need to go really deep into the messy magic marker scripts I guess...
