I'm sorry, but its long time ago that i created this map. And its the only map i created that way.
In general i would suggest you to create your map in the hammer editor. It gives you far more control over your map.

How have you done it in sourcecraft i had this issue
[Warning] Cannot find material path. Use a path like "...\Steam\steamapps<user-name>\sourcesdk_content<game-name>\mapsrc\Minecraft".
