This is a really well done item. One idea I have, is you could jigglebone the drippings so they sort of "flow" like liquid. Not sure how to jigglebone models and not have things clip, but I'd say it would be worth a go.

I give this a 7/10 for trying. This model is pretty creative, but I don't think it entirely reflects the concept art (I might test this out, because I have a technique in mind for getting it looking more watery). Also, try to make the model's left and right side look a little different. Rainbows may need a little more blending between textures. And this definitely deserves jiggles lol. Im not sure how this model looks in 3D, but I think it need a miniscus forming around the eye sockets to look a bit more watery (may add jiggles as well).

Looks rather odd with the trails on both eyes reflecting in length. Try random trail lengths on both eyes to seem more realistic - just a suggestion.
