I'm not sure where they appear in the Parklife props menu, sorry. I would recommend just using Find It! mod and searching for 'sign' or 'spence' and they appear that way.

So I think the best solution is just to subscribe to all in this collection :(
Hound-Dog, I can bundle them into a single asset from workshop, but unfortunately they will all appear as individual entries in content manager either way, so it is not much more efficient :(
