best map ive ever played, the mechanic, the story, the new characters, it blew my mind. I got stuck at the sixth chamber but after a few hours i solved it. Great job

@EOMJ89 No. If it would be worked from scratch, it would be named Remake. But a remastered is just retextured with new models. It's just ported and retextured from Portal 1.

I have serious concerns about how the elevator comes at the same speed and time in the original portal, the ropes are even placed in the same places... is this really made from scratch?

Banal and trivial. You could have made this test compelling and captivating with a plot twist. The opening felt extra ominous to me (more so than the same chamber in Portal 1 did). How awesome would it have been to have some explosion, power failure, or the like catch everyone off guard and freak us out? I can see some, small value in remakes, but so many people do them that they are trite. Let us not forget that the Portal 1 game did Portal 1 better than any of us ever could.

Small Obervation Room needs glass fix (every map) Use nodraw-glass.

Ah, the impossible test chamber. Of course, as always, I have some feedback on this map.
Dr. Kleiner does not approve of the box dropping out of the dispenser. This is because of a missing sound file. Also, the dropper is from Portal 1, you should switch it out to a Portal 2 dropper for consistency's sake.

Still, a nice map. Looking forward to the next one.

Nice easy map, well made and sufficiently lit. I think that's the first time I ever saw a P1 elevator descending. (Correct me if I'm wrong) Thanks for your efforts.
