I have had the game for a while. I still pretty much a noob at all this I'm trying to use your assets to make my game look more real. you do great work BTW. Now I have seen you say don't sub to all of the at once. download them one by one I'm guessing to get all the required assets. when it grows does it place the assets or do I still have to do that? like I said I'm not new to the game but new to this mod stuff and was just wondering how it all worked. I hope your doing well. Im trying to pass the time with all this stuff thats going on right now.

@internwaffle that's not the way the game works. most of the detail you see on everybody's screenshots are created in-game. there is a limit to the amount of props you can place in an asset. BTW, this was uploaded in 2017

Is there a reason you've been uploading houses without proper assets? Half the appeal of your uploads is that they bother to give houses yards. Why upload houses without yards?

Wow, nice 1 leno. Was looking for a mansion that is not only beautiful and has some presence, but also sticks out by pushing over the 4x4 footprint that everything else has. I think this will help it stick out and at as a center piece as I am sure the owner would have wanted.

Yes! I love how you have the house set back giving a bigger front yard. This looks more realistic for a suburban scene. Thumbs up!

@silverwind thanks, 6 months seems like years ago and this is definitely an improvement over 12. however, in comparing this one to 12 side by side, 12 still holds up. Just too many props (this was before prop anarchy) , so I may re-release it as it is just without the props and maybe a few minor updates
